  • School Sports

I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate all our students who performed so brilliantly at the Cork City Sports yesterday. I would like to acknowledge the contribution of all staff and Mr. Liam Clinton who helped prepare the athletes for their events.

  • Jersey Day

A reminder that all students are invited to wear their favourite sports jersey/top to school tomorrow. Pupils are to wear their school tracksuit bottoms. We ask that a euro or so (more at your discretion) be brought in, in a fundraising event for an orphanage in Tanzania.

  • Communion

We are anticipating a fantastic celebration of First Holy Communion on Saturday at 10.30am. We again appeal for all Second Class pupils and choir members to be in attendance at the requested time. I sincerely thank everyone for their contribution to the day.

  • PA Cake Sale

The PA’s final fundraiser this year takes place next Thursday, May 30th. The Cake Sale will take place from 9.30am onwards in the Halla. Following our meeting on Tuesday night I am most grateful to the PA in anticipation of their support at all upcoming events in an action packed month of June!

  • St. Vincent de Paul

Anne O’Mahony, of SVP, has asked us to promote a Clothes Appeal which they are holding on Saturday May 25th at Monkstown Pier Car park from 10am to 4pm.

Thank you,

David Nolan
