3rd and 4th class had a wonderful day also in Co. Kerry on Thursday the 9th June. We showed off our scientific skills in Killarney National Park as we hunted and investigated a wide range of species. Some of us even held a mouse! After, we travelled onto castleisland where we explored the incredible crag caves and their fascinating features. We learned all about stalagmites, stalactites, pillars and much more. After our long and busy day, we stopped off in the Abbey Hotel, Ballyvourney for a much needed hot meal before returning home. It was a day to remember!
